Take a chicken, wash and pat dry. Roll up 5-6 wads of aluminum foil, place in bottom of large crockpot/ slow cooker. Place chicken breast side down on foil, cover with tons of bbq sauce (Country Bob's!) and cook on High for 1 hour. Then cook on Low all day. Spectacularly easy and delicious!

Thank you for the giveaway. My favorite recipe is listed on my blog-

My recipe creates enough for everyone to have more than one helping and if covered tightly, it can still taste great the next day.

    TACO SALAD

*2 Heads Lettuce (Any type of lettuce, I use iceberg a majority of the time due to cost) - Rinsed and cut into pieces, You can use bagged salad mix if preferred

    *1 cup shredded cheese

*1 Can kidney beans - Drained

*1-2 Fresh tomatoes cut into chunks

*1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey - Browned and drained (Rinse the meat for less grease)

    *1-2 Carrots - Grated

*1 Bag tortilla chips - Smash chips in the bag

*1-2 Large bottles Russian or Catalina salad dressing (1 for the salad mixture, 1 just in case someone loves a bit more)

*Any other salad "fixings" you enjoy

In large mixing bowl, mix ALL ingredients together. That's it! Serve on paper plates to create an even more relaxing meal without several dishes at the end.

My favorite recipe is a quick one, but it can be made many different ways!

    Hamburger Hash:
    1.5 lbs lean ground beef
    4 large baking potatoes, baked
    1/2 onion, diced
    2 fresh jalapeno peppers, diced
    Sale & pepper to taste

Cook the beef with onions. Drain. Add jalapenos. Cube the cooked potatoes (much easier to do if they're baked). You can leave the skin on or peel it off. Add to the skillet with the beef and cook until some of the potatoes are a little crisp.

You can top the hash with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, or all of the above. You can use green peppers in place of jalapeno peppers. You can add curry for a different flavor, or toss in some corn for extra veggies.

It's even quicker if you use a bag of plain steam & mash potatoes by OreIda! :)

One of my favorite recipes is to take chicken pieces, put them in a crockpot and pour BBQ sauce over them and let them cook. It is really easy, but it tastes great.

One of my favorite recipes is homemade Guacamole.

I start with three mashed avocados, 2 medium tomatoes chopped (seeds removed first), 1 T. lime juice, 1 tsp salt and a dash of Worchestershire sauce. It's yummy.

    Smoky Mountain Chicken

    INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning to taste. Bake seasoned chicken in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.
When chicken is done, remove from oven and pour on barbecue sauce. Layer each breast with slice of ham, then slice of cheese. Return to oven and continue to bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions and tomatoes.

Never heard of 'Country Bob's' but will have to try it if I don't win.

    Easy fun Pizza:
Put a whole wheet tortilla on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with mozarella and/or parmesan cheese.
Press down another tortilla on top. Bake about 8 minutes. Flip over on plate and let cool a few minutes. Add pizza sauce on top, more cheese and toppings of your choice. Pop back in the oven til done. Yummy!

It's not using Country Bob's but it is delicious!

Hash Brown Casserole like Cracker Barrel Restaurant serves.

    Prep. Time: 0:45
    Serves: 8

10.25 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Colby or Colby-Jack cheese - grated
1/2 cup melted butter OR margarine
    1 sm. onion - minced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced (my adjustment to original recipe)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 lb. bag frozen shredded hash browns

    -Spray a 13" X 9" X 2" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
-In a bowl, combine soup, cheese, butter, onion, bell pepper, salt, and black pepper.
-Gently fold the potatoes into the mixture and pour into prepared pan.
-Bake in a 350 degree oven uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until heated through. Then brown under broiler until it is slightly crispy.

Goes well with Country Bob Burgers.
