Momma Is Sweeping

Well My laptop an Hp Pavilion dv6000 series that I have had almost two years decides to start shutting down randomly. Its WINTER time it should not be shutting down when my house temp is 65 degrees And plus I have a Laptop cooler pad with 3 fans. Yet that isn't enough to keep this hot thing running. I call HP tech support to ask the lady if they have a repair facility near me. I would love to have it fixed and I will pay for it to get fixed. This is what she told me. Ma'am you must pay us either $99.00 for 365 days or $49.99 For one time use for us To asess your problem. Well HP Guess what I think I will go with a MAC Because I bought this Laptop and spent enough money on it when I bought it To cover a FREAKING question. When I first Bought the laptop the first one had to be returned because it was a LEMON The wireless Internet would not work out of the box. It also would not boot up. But This is the final straw! I will not Pay for you to Asess My Problem! Thank you very much HP For helping me make my decision on my next computer purchase!
