Aurorae Yoga Mat Review
I had the opportunity to review and Awesome Yoga mat from Aurorae Yoga.I received the black thick extra long mat. I will admit I never really was into yoga until a friend of mine said it was really good for the body and mind. With me having 2 kids 3 and 5 I figured Hey anything good for the mind was good for me to try out. I am a tad bit overweight so this whole yoga thing is kind of hard for me but its getting easier. I looked at yoga mats from the big box stores before I heard about Aurorae, The mats in these stores were less than thrilling. They are very thin and offer not much support and when I checked reviews online about those other mats I heard a lot about slipping. And TRUST ME if you do yoga there is no room for slipping. I have religiously used the mat for about 2 weeks and I can definitely tell a difference. I am sore number one. LOL but that is to be expected with any workout. I also feel rejuvenated after a yoga session. I have used this mat in my own home and in my back yard! For some reason my backyard is very relaxing to me.
